In a period palace, in the heart of Milan, will rise the new representative offices of a multinational company that requested us to design the new interior spaces, the complete furnishing of all offices, along with the new redistribution of the electrical system.
Impressive rooms starting from the entrance with reception, which welcomes with a decorative wallpaper wall of frescoesfrom which you can access the large conference room located in the heart of these spaces. The representative offices are distributed along the outside of the building, overlooking the main streets of Milan and the largest room, reserved for the CEO, includes a period fireplace and resin wall decorations, works of art Alex Turco that reflects a refined artistic sensitivity and attention to detail that pervades the entire space. At the back there are service areas such as the kitchen for the staff and the toilets. Wood panelling, made with precious inserts proposed by Turchetto, form and finish the partition walls of the various offices. The parquet flooring and a long corridor that serves as an advertising gallery, act as a link between the various studios. Fine furnishings from the best design brands such as Turri and Rugiano for the office, the conference room and the reception; precious and imposing chandeliers highlight the importance, the richness and the refinement that the management wants for these new spaces that will welcome the most selected customers.
The operational offices, one spacious and multifunctional and two more collected, have been designed with practical furniture and comfortable workstations and equipped not only to easily carry out their work, but also with decorative sound-absorbing panels installed as partitions between the desks and on the walls that serve to muffle the noise of the operation of several people.
This work was presented to the complete design direction 2D listed and accompanied by photos with the specifications of the furniture; a photorealistic rendering of each room and a sample of the finishes displayed in the renders and specified in detail of the work estimate. To complete such an important work, we performed a "virtual walk" by editing in the form of a movie, the various renderings of the premises .
