This project was born from the need to characterize the spaces of a large apartment and make them more functional to the needs of the family. The idea is to eliminate the false ceiling of the living room and the complete refurbishment of the environment. The octane painting of the walls highlights the soft colors of the various furnishings. A beautiful table Solvet porcelain stoneware is topped by a modern chandelier. The relaxation area, composed of the large sofa of the customer completely renovated in its coverings from our laboratory, has been completed by armchair and coffee tables Frigerio.
The large windows, which let in natural light that illuminates the entire space and offer a spectacular view of the outside, have been framed with beautiful linen curtains made by our atelier.
The need of the landlord to be able to work even during the night, required the setting up of a third room with the function of wardrobe/ study/ guest room, always with an eye to design. The cupboards of Sangiacomo make up one side of the room and act as a shelter for the changing of the season of the hosts, while a boiserie in cannettato completes the other side of the room giving them, together with the top LED light, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is completed by a Flou sommier and a glass desk by Fiam.
Even the large master bedroom has been redesigned in its furniture and completed with a refined make-up area, made to measure by integrating a large mirror with walls in ribbed boiserie. A fully padded ottoman is the seat that serves the toilet.
The second bathroom, currently not very functional because it is divided into two communicating parts that act as a laundry and guest bathroom for the living area, is not currently used by the family because it is uncomfortable for both functions.
The new project involves the demolition of the partition board and the use of all the space to create a new modern bathroom that houses a spacious and equipped shower. The laundry area was hidden behind large columns, producing maximum functionality in a small space. Furniture with clean lines and high quality materials are of Casabath; to complete the furnishings the faucets in chrome finish finish is of chalk.
The attention to detail is evident in every corner: everything is carefully designed with a minimal design that shows all its charm and practicality. The entire project has been presented with photorealistic renderings that have allowed the customer to evaluate its potential and the renovation work is in progress...
